During my time as a Data Entry Specialist at a BPO company, I found a loophole in the Image Review System we used.
Whenever a blurry image came up, I simply exited and reopened the application. It loaded a new batch of transactions, so I could skip every blurry image and keep an accuracy rate of 99% to 100%, which no one else could reach.
I met my quota every time with that accuracy, and I was recognized for it. That ‘hack’ led to my promotion to an IT role, and later to a System Developer position.
In that role, I built a new Image Review System, one that fixed the very loophole I had once exploited.
